Spring awakening

Today I thought I would share a few of my favourite spring likes.......

I know dip dying is or (was) a major trend but I must admit, I much prefer the style of an all over pastel hue. Especially if it happen's to be a lilac or pinkish tone.

Rainbow Nails.....what better way to cheer up a miserable, over cast day (we get our fair share here in the UK) This idea is pretty much genius in my opinion as I can never make up my mind as to which colour to choose!

So I know everyone and their dog either owns one or want 's to own one, but that doesn't make this Acne knit any less desirable in my eyes.  I've had a crush on it ever since I spotted model Hanne Gaby Odiele wearing it with matching pants during fashion week (let's ignore the incident where Kanye West also sported it) So minty, so fresh!

If you've been reading the blog this past week then you may have noticed my slight obsession with friendship bracelets. They happened to be my featured Wednesday want and I love them so much they're going to be heading into the Lilylovelock store this summer.  I'm a sucker for colour and pattern so they pretty much tick all the boxes for me!

Head to toe pastel outfits are definitely what I'm drawn to at the moment, anything lilac is on my radar. I tend to think pink is a little too girly and I've never been a blue girl so lilac sit's in the middle and offers a perfect solution .

A lot of blogger's have been sporting this Phillip Lim shoe and it's easy to see why, right? They act as the perfect accompaniment to this seasons pastel trend and with the block heel and ankle strap there's also the added bonus of comfort. What's not to like? Well the price actually....they definitely fall onto my wish list category.

I cannot get enough of collar cuffs....infact the more western the better. If they look like they'd fit well into an old classic cowboy movie then I want them. But I don't just want to clip them onto a plain old white shirt..no, no, no...I want to wear them with a bright neon style preferably yellow!

A pink lip colour is definitely my go to shade when spring arrives, I always think it appears more fresh than red and happen's to works well with the majority of the trends that are around in this particular season.  Not only that but I just love how versatile it can be, you can literally wear a light baby pink for during the day and amp it up with a hot pink for an evening out...all areas are covered.

Spring wouldn't be spring without some pretty flowers, huh? I have to admit my favourite has to be the cherry blossom tree. I'm sure I've babbled on the blog about them before but I just find them to be so elegantly beautiful. As soon as they arrive you know spring has too...pretty nice indication if you ask me.
